THE START OF A PROJECT
Our main focus lies in new development and conversion of (monumental) buildings in the Netherlands and Western Europe. Every project asks for a specific approach. We will evaluate under what brand of the global hotel chains we will place the hotel. Together with a group of architects, designers, and project developers, Black Label Hospitality advises investors in the best possible way to optimize the project for use as an upper-upscale or luxury hotel in the lifestyle segment.

Our current presence and ambition have led to Multi Development Agreements which we can now channel towards our desired brands. However, our ambition goes beyond this. Our growth is planned strategically, only focusing on signing lifestyle brands from economy to upper-upscale level. Our growth will make us a hotel operator with hotels throughout the Netherlands and eventually in Western Europe.
