Wat ga je doen?

Als F&B Supervisor ben jij de “go-to” persoon voor onze gasten en je collega’s. Je zorgt ervoor dat gasten een geweldig verblijf in ons hotel ervaren en zoekt telkens naar manieren om die ervaring nóg beter te maken. Je werkt bent de rechterhand van de F&B Service Manager en bent verantwoordelijk voor de hele Food & Beverage afdeling.

Met jouw leiderschap skills haal jij het beste uit het F&B team. Je bent niet bang om knopen door te hakken en bent tijdens de shift een ware inspirator. Jij hebt goed in de gaten waar de drukte is en zorgt ervoor dat er bij wordt gesprongen waar nodig. Maarre, ook op het gebied van administratie kunnen we van jou op aan. Of je je nu vastbijt in de maandcijfers, je puzzelt met het rooster of de gewerkte uren van je collega’s registreert. Jij weet het als geen ander; wanneer je team blij is, zijn je gasten dat ook!

Het 4**** Holiday Inn – Eindhoven Centre ligt slechts op een paar minuten lopen van het centraal station. Het hotel met 207 kamers is een plek om te genieten en te ontspannen. Het hotel is ideaal gelegen en in een mum van tijd zijn gasten in het bruisende centrum, het PSV Stadion en Strijp-S met o.a. het imposante Philips Klokgebouw. Het All Day Dining Restaurant, Bar The Living en zalencomplex zijn onderdeel van het hotel. Wie ben jij?

• De gast staat bij jou écht op nummer 1, je zet dan ook altijd die extra stap.
• Je bent representatief, enthousiast en staat altijd in de startblokken.
• Je hebt een relevante afgeronde opleiding op minimaal MBO-4 niveau.
• Je hebt ervaring in een operationele F&B-functie en kunt een team aansturen.
• Laat het maar aan jou over om je team te enthousiasmeren, inwerken, begeleiden en coachen.
• Je kent de producten en deze kennis deel je maar al te graag met gast en collega.
• Je bent flexibel in werktijden en taken.
• Je hebt een hoog verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel en kan goed presteren onder druk en hectiek.
• Je spreekt vloeiend Nederlands en Engels. Spreek je ook nog (een beetje) Frans, Duits of Spaans? Dan zijn wij daar heel blij mee!
• Je woont in de buurt van Eindhoven.

Wat kun je van ons verwachten?

• Een fulltime jaarcontract (met de intentie tot verlenging)

What will you do?
As F&B Supervisor you are the “go-to” person for our guests and your colleagues. You make sure that guests have a great stay in our hotel and are always looking for ways to make that experience even better. You work as the right hand of the F&B Service Manager and are responsible for the entire Food & Beverage department.

With your leadership skills you will get the best out of the F&B team. You are not afraid to make decisions and are a true inspiration during the shift. You have a good sense of where the pressure is and make sure that there is a break where necessary. But we can also rely on you when it comes to administration. Whether you’re working on the monthly figures, puzzling over the schedule or recording the hours worked by your colleagues. You know better than anyone; when your team is happy, so are your guests!

Who are you?

– You have a relevant completed education at least MBO-4 level.
– You have experience in an operational F&B function and can manage a team.
– Leave it to you to enthuse, initiate, guide and coach your team.
– You know the products and you are only too happy to share this knowledge with guest and colleague.
– You are flexible in working hours and tasks.
– You have a high sense of responsibility and can perform well under pressure and hectic conditions.
– You are fluent in Dutch and English. Do you also speak (a little) French, German or Spanish? Then we are very happy with that!
– You live in the Eindhoven area.

– A full-time annual contract (with the intention of extension).
