Wat ga je doen?

Je bent hét aanspreekpunt voor onze gasten en voorziet ze van alle info die ze nodig hebben. Je helpt gasten bij het inchecken, vertelt ze welke highlights ze echt niet mogen overslaan en vraagt of je een tafeltje voor ze mag reserveren bij een van je vele aanraders in de stad. Tussendoor krijg je een telefoontje van een gast die een kamer wil reserveren voor volgende week. Geen probleem, jij regelt het! Je ziet dat de volgende gasten klaarstaan om uit te checken, dus je vangt ze meteen op. Je bent razend nieuwsgierig naar hoe ze hun tijd bij ons hebben ervaren. Je neemt de koffers aan, zodat ze nog even lekker de stad in kunnen. Ze geven aan snel weer terug te komen. Daar doe je het voor!

Het 4**** Holiday Inn – Eindhoven Centre ligt slechts op een paar minuten lopen van het centraal station. Het hotel met 207 kamers is een plek om te genieten en te ontspannen. Het hotel is ideaal gelegen en in een mum van tijd zijn gasten in het bruisende centrum, het PSV Stadion en Strijp-S met o.a. het imposante Philips Klokgebouw. Het All Day Dining Restaurant, Bar The Living en zalencomplex zijn onderdeel van het hotel. Holiday Inn is een merk van de internationale hotelketen IHG en maakt onderdeel uit van Black Label Hospitality.

Wie ben jij?

• Je hebt ervaring als receptionist(e) bij een hotel;
• Je bent een blij maker in hart en nieren; super enthousiast, representatief en proactief;
• Werken in een team vind je leuk, maar solo de handen uit de mouwen steken is voor jou ook geen enkel probleem;
• Bij jou staat de gast écht op nummer 1; je wilt altijd de beste service en ervaring bieden;
• Je spreekt vloeiend Nederlands en Engels. Ook nog (een beetje) Frans, Duits of Spaans? Dan kun je bij ons helemaal niet meer stuk;
• Je woont in de omgeving van Eindhoven.

What will you do?
You are the point of contact for our guests and provide them with all the information they need. You’ll help guests check in, tell them which highlights not to miss and ask if you can reserve a table for them at one of your many recommendations in the city. In between, you get a call from a guest who wants to reserve a room for next week. No problem, you take care of it! You see that the next guests are ready to check out, so you catch them right away. You are wildly curious about how they experienced their time with us. You take their suitcases so they can enjoy a quick trip into town. They indicate they’ll be back soon. That’s what you do it for!

Who are you?

• You have experience as a receptionist(e) at a hotel;
• You are a happy maker at heart; super enthusiastic, representative and proactive;
• You enjoy working in a team, but rolling up your sleeves solo is no problem for you either;
• You really put the guest first; you always want to offer the best service and experience;
• You are fluent in Dutch and English. Also (some) French, German or Spanish? If so, you will be in good hands with us;
• You live in the Eindhoven area.
