Wat ga je doen?

Je bent hét aanspreekpunt voor onze gasten en voorziet hen van alle informatie die ze nodig hebben. Je helpt gasten bij het inchecken, legt uit wat ze vanmiddag kunnen bezoeken en vraagt of je een tafeltje voor ze mag reserveren in het restaurant. Tussendoor krijg je een telefoontje van een toekomstige gast die graag een kamer wil reserveren voor volgende week. Geen probleem, jij regelt het!

 

De volgende ochtend checken de eerste gasten weer uit en bedanken je voor je vriendelijke service. Ze geven aan snel weer een keer terug te komen. Daar doe je het voor!

 

Wie ben jij?

• Je bent stressbestendig;
• Je werkt goed in teamverband, maar kunt ook zelfstandig werken;
• Je hebt verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel, werkt accuraat en weet te improviseren;
• Je hebt een service en dienstverlenende instelling. De gast staat bij jou op nummer 1;
• Je bent representatief, enthousiast en hebt een proactieve houding.

 

Wat we vragen

Je spreekt uitstekend Nederlands en Engels. Spreek je ook nog (een beetje) Frans, Duits of Spaans? Dan zijn wij daar heel blij mee!

• Je hebt geen bezwaar tegen wisselende diensten, waaronder weekenddiensten
• Je hebt goede sociale- en communicatieve vaardigheden;
• Je woont in de regio Eindhoven

Het 4**** Holiday Inn – Eindhoven Centre ligt slechts op een paar minuten lopen van het centraal station. Het hotel met 207 kamers is een plek om te genieten en te ontspannen. Het hotel is ideaal gelegen en in een mum van tijd zijn gasten in het bruisende centrum, het PSV Stadion en Strijp-S met o.a. het imposante Philips Klokgebouw. Het All Day Dining Restaurant, Bar The Living en zalencomplex zijn onderdeel van het hotel. Holiday Inn is een merk van de internationale hotelketen IHG en maakt onderdeel uit van Black Label Hospitality.

Are you the person who always gives that little bit extra, do you have a service and service attitude and do you know how to make guests feel at home? Then we are looking for you!

 

What are you going to do?

You are the contact person for our guests and provide them with all the information they need. You help guests check in, explain what they can visit this afternoon and ask if you can reserve a table for them in the restaurant. In between, you get a call from a prospective guest who would like to reserve a room for next week. No problem, you take care of it!

 

The next morning the first guests check out again and thank you for your friendly service. They indicate that they will come back again soon. That’s what you do it for!

 

Who are you?

– You are stress resistant;

– You work well in a team, but can also work independently;

– You have a sense of responsibility, work accurately and know how to improvise;

– You have a service attitude. The guest is your number one priority;

– You are representative, enthusiastic and have a proactive attitude.

 

What we ask

You speak excellent Dutch and English. Do you also speak (a little) French, German or Spanish? Then we are very happy with that!

– You have no objection to changing shifts, including weekend shifts

– You have good social and communication skills;

– You live in the Eindhoven region
