Hoe ziet dat eruit?

• Je verwelkomt (internationale) gasten en bent hun aanspreekpunt gedurende hun verblijf;
• Met je collega’s zorg je ervoor dat het in-en uitchecken van gasten perfect verloopt;
• Secuur dat je bent, verzorg jij nauwkeurig de betalingen van de gast;
• Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het online en telefonische gastcontact;
• Je anticipeert op de wensen van de gast door proactief in te spelen op hun behoeften;

What does that look like?

• You will welcome (international) guests and be their point of contact during their stay;
• Together with your colleagues you make sure that the check-in and check-out of guests runs smoothly;
• Being meticulous, you take care of the guest payments;
• You are responsible for online and telephone guest contact;
• You anticipate the guest’s wishes by proactively responding to their needs;
