Jouw profiel

• Je hebt passie voor F&B;
• Kwaliteitsgericht; je stelt hoge eisen aan de kwaliteit van de service;
• Je stuurt het team aan en ziet toe dat voorschriften omtrent veiligheid, Arbo, HACCP worden nageleefd;
• Het woord ‘stress’ staat niet in jouw woordenboek;
• Je werkt ordelijk en gestructureerd binnen de F&B outlets;
• Team-player; je werkt nauw samen met het team;
• Je bent flexibel en vindt het niet erg om in het weekend en met feestdagen te werken;
• Je bent fulltime beschikbaar en beschikt over ervaring in een soortgelijke functie.

Als restaurant manager draag je zorg voor de optimale gastbeleving.

Hoe ziet dat eruit?

• Je zorgt ervoor dat de F&B outlets er altijd netjes uitzien;
• Je bent ondernemend, ziet kansen en bent betrokken;
• Je handelt klachten naar tevredenheid af en beantwoordt vragen van de gasten;
• Je staat nauw in contact met de F&B supervisor, chef en general manager;
• Je hebt oog voor kwaliteit en gastbeleving, accepteert feedback en geeft feedback waar nodig;
• Je zorgt voor een open communicatielijn met de overige afdelingen;
• Je doet er alles aan om samen met het team de verwachtingen van de gast te overtreffen. Pas dan ga jij tevreden naar huis.
• Je bent betrokken bij het opstellen van nieuwe menu- en drankenkaarten;
• Je initieert commerciële acties voor de F&B outlets.

Your profile

• You have a passion for F&B;
• Qquality oriented; you set high standards for the quality of the service;
• You manage the team and ensure that regulations regarding safety, working conditions and HACCP are complied with;
• The word ‘stress’ is not in your dictionary;
• You work in an orderly and structured manner within the F&B outlets;
• Team player; you work closely with the team;
• You are flexible and do not mind working on weekends and public holidays;
• You are available full-time and you have experience in a similar position.

As a restaurant manager you ensure the optimal guest experience.

What does that look like?

• You ensure that the F&B outlets always look neat;
• You are enterprising, see opportunities and are involved;
• You handle complaints satisfactorily and answer questions from guests;
• You are in close contact with the F&B supervisor, chef and general manager;
• You have an eye for quality and guest experience, accept feedback and provide feedback where necessary;
• You ensure an open line of communication with the other departments;
• You do everything you can to exceed the expectations of the guest together with the team. Only then will you go home satisfied;
• You are involved in drawing up new menu and drink cards;
• You initiate commercial campaigns for the F&B outlets.
